This position has a key role within the site food safety and quality management team, tracking and monitoring data to identify and escalate any trends to key stakeholders. The role will cover data from customer complaints, micro testing (with on-site and external assessments), and ensure accurate management of documentation and records on internal systems and through external portals and have responsibility for communicating information with external auditors (BRC/retailers). Youll manage and document the site food safety and quality management systems, ensure systems and procedures in place facilitate the production of safe, legal, and authentic products to the specified quality and food safety standards and take a leadership role in driving the adherence to the food safety agenda.
