As a Pastoral Tutor you will: Be responsible for the delivery of a quality GOALS (tutorial) programme Be responsible for the delivery of a range of employability and personal and social development programmes Actively give input into learner’s individual learning plan to ensure they achieve their highest potential We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.
