This is a fantastic opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified adviser or someone actively studying towards CeMAP who wants consistent, high-quality leads and the support of an in-house environment. The Role Managing a busy pipeline of inbound, pre-qualified mortgage enquiries Advising clients from first conversation through to mortgage completion Handling a varied caseload, including: Residential mortgages Buy-to-let (including limited company BTL) HMOs Holiday and short-term lets Bridging and commercial finance (training provided where required Maintaining compliant and accurate case files throughout the process Using CRM systems to track progress, pipeline and performanceThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Hands-on involvement in the admin side of cases, including fact finds, document collection and progress chasing, while working alongside support staff where available Day-to-day use of CRM and mortgage sourcing systems Experience working to clear performance targets (revenue, completions, conversion or protection) A positive, professional approach to changing priorities, responding constructively to directi...
