Requirements for Operations Manager/ Sales Manager or Head of Fire Alarms
* Fire alarm knowledge (FIA, BAFE, BFPSA or know BS5839 etc).
* Can-do problem solver who can lead and manage a Fire alarm team.
* Sales + Project skills (suitable for someone who's run their own company/ team of fire alarm engineers or a Fire systems division).
* Based commutable to Sheffield area (Nottingham, Leeds, Manchester, etc.).
Role - To manage and lead the operations and growth of the Fire Alarm division.
A sales background or operations experience would be beneficial to take enquiries or customer/projects through to handover and grow the team/division as if it is your business.
You can progress and grow turnover with the support of the parent business and utilise engineers to deliver excellent Fire Detection service.
Have existing business from tenders and sales of Fire and Security systems that you can take forward and report into MD as the Head of Fire Alarms.
