We are currently recruiting a Sixth Form Student Support Manager/Administrator. The Student Support Manager plays a crucial role within the school, supporting the academic progress, wellbeing, and attendance of sixth form students at SST Maidstone by providing high-quality pastoral support and efficient administrative services. This role is key in maintaining a structured, supportive, and effective sixth form environment where all students can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support students' academic progress, wellbeing, and attendance.
2. Provide pastoral support and administrative services.
3. Liaise with parents and assist with their enquiries.
4. Work collaboratively within the school team to promote a positive environment.
Details
* Term time + 1 week, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
* Salary from £22,483.00, pro rata to full time of £26,256.00 VIAT 5.
Candidate Requirements
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Excellent typing skills and a professional telephone manner.
