As the Family Hub Network Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for our locality-based Family Hub Network. Your role will ensure that we deliver high-quality, evidence-based early help and preventative services for children, young people, and families. You will coordinate multi-agency partners, lead Family Hub staff, and ensure effective governance and safeguarding practices. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community! In this pivotal role, you will: Coordinate multi-agency partnerships to enhance service delivery. Lead and support Family Hub staff to ensure effective practice. Manage budgets and resources to optimise service provision. Drive workforce development and quality assurance initiatives. Utilise data to improve outcomes and reduce inequalities. Champion co-production with families and communities. Support service design and continuous improvement. Ensure access to key local offers such as SEND, Best Start for Life, and childcare. Oversee line management, performance management, and risk oversight. Deputise for senior managers when required. To thrive in this role, you will need: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in social care, management, or a related field. A minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role within children and families services. Proven experience in managing budgets and resources effectively. Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and practices. Experience in multi-agency working and partnership development.
