The Private Assurance Team works with high-net-worth individuals to ensure their compliance obligations are met. We build relationships with clients, discussing all aspects of their financial affairs and engaging in advisory assignments where relevant.
We continually strive to improve our processes and leverage the latest technology to enhance our interactions with clients.
We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job sharing, to help balance work and personal life.
A look into the role
As a Manager in our team, you will:
1. Ensure the efficient completion of high-quality tax returns and deliver excellent client service.
2. Lead team production, delegate tasks, and organize workflow to maximize efficiency.
3. Contribute to departmental management, take ownership of projects, and report to senior management.
4. Review complex tax returns for a diverse client base, identify opportunities for advisory work, and convert these into billable services.
5. Develop your skills and knowledge to maintain high standards within our private tax function.
6. Be a proactive, valued team member and develop internal networks within the tax department, wider practice, and sector groups.

The minimum criteria for a Manager include a professional qualification (ATT or CTA) and experience working in private client compliance. Skills that are desirable include:
* Strong technical knowledge and experience with complex personal tax affairs.
* Experience managing people and leading teams.
* Aptitude for developing others, self-awareness, and motivation for personal growth.
