Job Description Portico have an outstanding opportunity available for a Receptionist (Regional Guest Services Ambassador) to join our brand-new team based at the Bristol offices of a global consultancy firm. Our reception team have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity. The new Receptionist will join a small team on a full-time basis and will play a key role in several areas, based around the meet and greet provided to the firm’s staff and visitors, office support, and the management and facilitation of meeting rooms, including elements of hospitality. They will anticipate client needs, following up each time to ensure expectations are exceeded with every interaction. As this is a new contract for Portico, there will undoubtably be room for the team to identify innovative and efficient ways to add value to our services, upholding and improving on the already world class offering provided by the team. This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of something special! Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7am-6pm. Additional overtime required for client events. Salary: £31,506 per annum Please note that this position is an initial 6-month fixed term contract, with a possible extension of a further 6 months.
