Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting guests as they enter and welcoming them.
* Managing the waiting list and seating guests promptly.
* Maintaining an organized front of house area, including the hostess stand, waiting area, and restrooms.
* Answering phone calls and managing reservations.
* Responding to guest inquiries about the menu, promotions, or services.
* Collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
* Tracking table turnover and communicating availability to servers.
* Handling customer complaints courteously and professionally.
* Keeping accurate records of guest counts and reservations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role
* Attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of multitasking
* Proactive self-starter able to work independently with good judgment
