Oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Monitor employee performance, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. Track stock levels, manage internal replenishment, and maintain data accuracy in systems. Regularly update databases and ensure smooth, efficient workflow throughout the shift. As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll have experience: Working in a warehouse and/or stores department Dealing with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication skills to liaise across departments Excellent organisational skills and the ability to support staff where needed.
