Community Animal Hospital is a general practice hospital located in Shrewsbury, MA. We offer a wide variety of services such as surgery (general and orthopedics), preventative care, emergency visits, ultrasound, radiology, laboratory testing, dental procedures, and digital dental imaging. We are a 5 doctor practice looking to grow our technical department. We have an immediate opening for a Veterinary Assistant / Technician to come join our family.
Our ideal candidate would :
* Have experience in exam room procedures
* Be familiar with venipuncture, radiology, laboratory procedures
* Have basic computer skills
* Have experience in customer service
* Be a team player
* Be able to multitask
* Be motivated to learn
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have at least 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting

The schedule for this position includes nights, Saturday / Sunday hours, and a holiday / weekend on call rotation.
