Reporting into a fantastic Head of HR, this role will see you managing a varied ER caseload while partnering closely with managers to provide clear, practical guidance and support across a range of people matters.
As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a reasonable caseload of Employee Relations cases, providing both informal and formal advice
* Supporting managers with absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes (approx. 80% of the role)
* Coaching and developing managers of varying experience levels, building their confidence in handling people issues
* Contributing to policy reviews and updates to ensure best practice and compliance (approx. 20% of the role)
The ideal candidate will have:
* Solid experience in an HR Advisory role with ER exposure
* Be immediately available
