Workday Configuration Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Workday Configuration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Participating in requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday configurations for new functionalities or enhancements.
2. Proactively troubleshooting issues and resolving defects promptly.
3. Collaborating effectively with HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Recruiting, Finance, and other teams to provide exceptional customer service.
4. Recommending best practices for optimal use of Workday based on company processes and technology.
5. Performing data uploads into Workday using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
6. Writing and troubleshooting reports within Workday.
7. Supporting the deployment of Workday’s bi-annual releases.
8. Assisting HR teams with process flows, data analysis, configuration, and EIB loads related to annual and off-cycle events such as performance evaluations, merit increases, bonuses, and talent calibration.
9. Preparing test plans and scripts, executing testing for configuration changes or new module rollouts, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
10. Developing technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
11. Providing Level 2 support across multiple Workday modules and functional areas.
12. Having proven experience with Workday configuration across modules such as HCM, Absence, and Advanced Compensation. Experience in Payroll, Learning, Help, Talent, and Performance modules is desirable but not essential.

Additional Information: The role is primarily based in our Grove office (4 days a week), with occasional work from our London office with manager approval.
