Ian Williams has an exciting opportunity for a Programme Partner (also known as Apprentice and Development Partner) to recruit, support, and develop our people across the business, with a key focus on Apprentices, Trainee Surveyors, and Contract Managers. You will support the business's aims to have 15% of the workforce as trade apprentices. The role offers Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.

The Programme Partner role
* Support the development of a coaching culture partnering with line managers and site mentors to excel at developing apprentices and trainees
* Champion apprentices and trainees, always looking for ways to improve their experience and aid achievement
* Manage a selection of apprentices and trainees, ensuring successful delivery and completion of their programmes and their pastoral care
* Work closely with training providers to enable IW apprentices to complete their training successfully in a timely manner
* Manage Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) funding claim management and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) processes for the selection of apprentices and trainees
* Note: This partnering role may require some travel to business units, sites, and training venues
What you will bring as a Programme Partner
* Demonstrable experience of working within apprenticeships/early careers with some relatable HR/training & development experience
* A genuine passion for attracting, developing, and supporting apprentices/trainees in reaching their potential
* Experience of working with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS)
* Demonstrable experience of stakeholder engagement & relationship management, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies
* An accurate and detailed approach to your work
