Business Development Manager Property Services (Scotland Region) Location: Glasgow (covering the wider Scottish region) Salary: £45,000 per annum car allowance performance bonus Ready to grow your career and lead business development across Scotland? Youll play a key role in driving new business, managing key accounts, and supporting the companys strategic growth across housing, local authority, and commercial sectors. The Role As Business Development Manager, youll identify, secure, and manage contracts that drive profitability and strengthen long-term client partnerships. Youll work closely with operational and bid teams to deliver winning proposals and ensure the business continues to thrive. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across property services and construction sectors Build and maintain relationships with housing, local authority, and commercial clients Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure repeat business and service excellence Support bid preparation, tenders, and commercial proposals Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events across Scotland Use CRM/ERP systems to track opportunities and performance Provide commercial insights to influence business strategy About You Proven track record in business development or account management within property services, construction, or FM Excellent communicator and confident negotiator with a consultative sales approach Commercially aware, results-focused, and self-motivated Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Scotland Why Join This is a high-impact role offering autonomy, recognition, and room to grow.
