We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Relations Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team
The Customer Relations Manager will carry out direct sales activities to maintain and develop sales of care home beds to service users and key purchasers, in accordance with agreed business development plans and targets.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to represent one of our establishments with the local community.
Main responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage sales activities and customer contact to achieve agreed sales targets and generate enquiries.
2. Support home visits during the initial stages of the enquiry process.
3. Effectively track enquiry/referrals from initial contact through to final decision.
4. Encourage a permanent conversion of enquiries and liaise with the Finance team to insure Income Processing is updated.
5. Activity reporting to the Home Manager and Regional Director as agreed.
6. Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the success of the care home business.
7. Raising care home awareness through local community networking and marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales.
8. Support the creation of marketing collateral.
