The mission of the Fusion Response and Recovery department is to understand, prepare for, respond to, recover, and learn from operational threats and incidents that impact the Firm. Team Profile
The Fusion Exercise Program is responsible for planning and coordinating exercises to assess the Firm's ability to respond to operational threats and incidents, covering all hazards. The team delivers a full range of services, from short-format mini exercises to high-complexity tabletops, functional exercises, and full-scale simulations.
