Description Receptionist - Belfast Role: We are seeking to recruit a receptionist to join the team at Grant Thornton in our Belfast office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and professional receptionist to become part of a busy team within a professional and fast-paced environment. The primary purpose of the role is to provide an efficient, welcoming and courteous reception service to all clients, visitors and staff. Requirements Previous reception experience is essential Ability to confidently communicate with clients at all levels Computer literate, ICDL or equivalent Excellent professional etiquette Excellent communication skills Client service orientation/ customer care skills Excellent communicator and team player Self-motivated and keen eye for detail Excellent organisational skills Ability to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on environment Responsibilities Managing day to day presentation of reception and general meeting room areas Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous, professional and friendly manner Managing meeting rooms / desk bookings Arranging catering requirements for meetings / office events Provide a professional and personable service to all clients Reserving meeting rooms and requesting catering arrangements Maintaining Client kitchen cleanliness and stock levels Operating the switch board and directing calls in a positive and professional manner Managing and ordering stationery and other essential office stock On-site H&S responsibilities – cover for facilities. Using various software systems to report any maintenance issues Ensuring site procedures are documented and kept up to date Working with head office to implement initiatives within office relating to group wide programs Ad hoc facilities and reception administrative tasks Any other reasonable request LI-KS1
