We will support your journey to full accreditation, covering costs, assisting with paperwork, and making the process straightforward.
As a Graduate you will:
Assist in cost and procurement management, preparing for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accreditation through our internal APC program and self-development training.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Contributing to high-quality service delivery.
* Supporting Cost Managers in delivering services accurately and promptly.
Additional responsibilities:
* Order of cost estimates and option studies.
* Cost plans.
* Cost-in-use studies.
* Tender documentation and management, including designing tender marking schemes.
* Evaluation and reporting of tenders.
* Valuation of completed work and payment arrangements.
* Final accounts preparation and settlement.
* Construction contract administration.
* Preparing reports for clients.
About You
What you will need:
* Graduation or expected graduation before August 2025.
* Right to live and work in the UK.
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
* Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Lively, enthusiastic, conscientious, and precise.
* Outgoing, team-oriented, and people-focused.
