What You’ll Do:
* Oversee all operations within the Boning Hall, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of boning hall operatives, inspiring them to excel in their roles.
* Coordinate production activities to meet client specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
* Manage resources effectively to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing production metrics and implementing innovative solutions.
* Act as a point of contact for audits, reports, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
