The opportunity

As National Account Manager at Gosh!, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing key retail partnerships while unlocking new opportunities across channels. You’ll own your P&L, lead commercial negotiations, and build insight-led plans that deliver value for both the customer and the brand. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys the challenge of a “hunter” mindset and knows how to turn relationships into long-term commercial success.


What we’re looking for

* Experience in FMCG account management within Grocery, however will consider Discounters
* A proven track record of delivering growth and winning new business
* Strong commercial acumen with confidence in owning a P&L
* Ability to use data and insights to influence customer decisions
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* A balance of “hunter” mentality and account development expertise
* Resilience, energy and ambition with a low ego
* Someone who brings drive, accountability and a desire to make an impact
