Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from start to finish
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering development and high-quality output
Liaise with clients, delivering technically robust and commercially sound solutions
Prepare and review designs, drawings, and reports (Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, 104)
Utilise AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage, or equivalent software
Maintain a hands-on approach to design, project management, and delivery
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in a UK civil engineering consultancy
Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships
Practical knowledge of Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage, or similar software
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on delivery and team development
