Elevation Recruitment Groups Skilled Shop Floor division are supporting an innovative capital equipment manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Welder to join the team on a permanent basis.
Pay rate:£19.00 per hour
Working Hours:
4 day working week - Monday to Thursday 36.5 hours.
Monday to Wednesday - 7:00 - 16:45, Thursday - 07.00 - 16.15
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for welding sub-assemblies and pressure equipment using various welding techniques on high integrity pressure equipment.
* Achieving a high success rate on any NDT welds.
* Achieving manufacturing hours and deadlines are achieved to meet the customers’ needs.
* Ensuring you will become part of the right first-time culture.
* Adherence to all Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
* Ensuring high levels of quality and workmanship are maintained.
* Supporting other departments in the manufacture of products.
* Completion of all paperwork to maintain complete traceability.
* Slinging and lifting large components.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience of working with pressure vessels.
* Radiographic and ultrasonic tested welds.
* Stainless steel experience.
* Welding in 2G position and to weld procedures.
* Manufacturing to engineering drawings
