OHA Team Leader – Acton – Up to £47K – Lead a Brilliant OH Team! Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor ready to step up into a leadership role — where you’ll guide a clinical team and shape service delivery? Amber Mace is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic organisation based in Acton. This is a great opportunity for a confident and proactive OHA or Senior OHA to take the next step in their career and lead a team of Occupational Health professionals, whilst continuing to provide top-quality clinical care. The Role: As Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind your team’s performance and clinical excellence — supporting both the people you manage and the wider OH service. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and supporting a team of approximately 10 OH professionals - Acting as the senior clinical contact for both team members and clients - Conducting performance reviews, clinical audits, and competency checks - Supporting onboarding, induction, and ongoing professional development - Managing day-to-day service delivery and fostering a positive team culture - Contributing to wellbeing initiatives and service improvement projects ✅ What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - Registered Nurse with SCPHN (Part 3 NMC) - Previous leadership or management experience in an OH setting - Strong understanding of clinical governance and high standards of care - Ideally, background in A&E/Emergency Nursing - Ideally, experience of working across multi-site contracts - A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and motivating others Why This Role? - A genuine opportunity to step into leadership, while staying hands-on clinically - Lead a supportive, close-knit team with real potential for impact - Hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days WFH) promoting work-life balance - Competitive salary up to £47K - Excellent benefits including 25 days leave (plus BH), pension, life assurance, discounted gym membership, CPD opportunities Ready to take the next step?
