Scania GB is looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to take on the role of Parts Advisor. The main responsibility is to provide timely and efficient support for the Aftersales operation while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order parts in line with operational needs and chase suppliers.
2. Assist with delivery and collection of parts, ensuring they are packaged and documented correctly.
3. Support increased part sales and fixed-price repairs through proactive selling using primary national part sales programmes.
4. Answer the phone in a friendly manner using the company standard greeting.
5. Build and develop customer relationships through sound parts knowledge and excellent customer service, ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded.
6. Assist in controlling the stock profile for the branch while minimizing obsolescence.
7. Conduct perpetual stock checks to reduce stock discrepancy rates.
