Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering (Barton‑upon‑Humber)
Our client is a leading regional civil engineering contractor with a strong focus on delivering sustainable infrastructure throughout the North of England.
They have a substantial pipeline in Yorkshire, including two projects in the Barton‑upon‑Humber area. We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead these projects from Early Commercial Interest (ECI) through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercially lead projects from ECI to completion.
* Oversee new link road project and active‑travel schemes, including public realm, cycleways, widened footpaths, streetscape enhancements and town‑centre improvements.
* Work on site three to four days a week, with remaining days flexible, possibly remote.
Location & Working Arrangements
* Based in Barton‑upon‑Humber.
* On‑site presence 3–4 days a week; remaining days flexible, possibly remote.
Pay & Benefits
* Salary £40k‑£55k, depending on experience.
* Company car or allowance.
* 26 days holiday.
* Annual discretionary bonus.
