Job Role Overview
This role will be key in delivering high quality care and experiences for all children and their families. Ensuring the highest level of supervision is maintained, promoting safety and wellbeing. You must maintain “keeping everyone safe” policies and procedures. Working to our HEART Principles to deliver exceptional care.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting Bright Horizons clients by providing ad-hoc childcare
* Working with children of various ages in educational play and activities to support their development
* Supervising children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
* Promoting and implementing our policies and procedures
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience in childcare, caring for children of all ages
* Early Years qualifications along with UK professional experience
* Exceptional communication skills
* Thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding
* Flexible and dynamic approach to working with families
Qualifications / Experience Needed:
* Unqualified candidates: minimum of 2 years childcare experience
* Level 2 Childcare qualification: minimum of 18 months experience
* Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above): minimum of 1 year experience
