We are looking for Relief Care Assistants who are dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience.
As a Relief Care Assistant, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work as part of our team.
The Role
* Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of residents, treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection, and promoting their independence.
* Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower residents to achieve their personal goals, respecting their individuality, and supporting informed choices in line with person-centred care plans.
* Promote residents' health and wellbeing by meeting their physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, including facilitating social, educational, and recreational activities.
* Ensure health and safety, maintain stock and equipment, and adhere to policies and procedures.
Be part of our dedicated care team at Urray House Care Home in Muir of Ord, a picturesque Highland village near Inverness and Dingwall, close to Moray Firth.
