As an Executive Business Partner (EBP), you will act as the executive partner and enabler for the MD, Talent Advisory whilst also supporting operations in strong collaboration with the global ‘advisory IP, strategy and operations’ lead. You will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to optimize their efficiency, ensure seamless execution of initiatives, and manage cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, preparing high-level presentations, overseeing key projects, and facilitating communication between stakeholders at all levels.This is a business-critical position that requires a proactive mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and a deep understanding of team priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Business Support
● Serve as the primary point of coordination for the MD’s professional agenda, ensuring time is optimally allocated to high-priority initiatives.
● Manage an extensive, fast-paced, global calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling, travel
coordination, and engagement tracking.
● Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications, reports, presentations, and briefings.
● Proactively anticipate the needs of the MD and take independent actions to resolve
challenges.
Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination
● Oversee and manage client and partner meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
● Maintain an up-to-date Client Tracker, documenting engagements, next steps, and strategic follow-ups.
● Facilitate internal and external partnership meetings, demos, and strategic discussions.
Travel & Logistics Management
● Manage complex international travel itineraries, coordinating flights, accommodation, and transfers.
● Oversee expense management and compliance, ensuring seamless approvals and budget alignment.
Project & Operations Management
● Support the Talent Advisory function by managing initiatives and operational workflows.
● Drive execution of cross-functional projects, maintaining accountability and operational
excellence.
● Ensure all finance and invoicing tasks are managed efficiently, including billing requests, approvals, and reconciliation.
Internal Communications & Team Support
● Act as a liaison between operations and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
● Coordinate team engagement initiatives, including quarterly meetings, offsites, and strategic workshops.
