About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and productive learning experience for students in the absence of their regular teacher. This involves :
* Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans and activities across a variety of subjects, maintaining a positive and focused learning environment.
* Supervising students' learning, providing guidance and support as needed, and encouraging active participation.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel safe and valued.
* Building positive relationships with students and staff, contributing to a positive and supportive school culture.
