About Bristow and Sutor Group – Credit Style Ltd
As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to strengthen our team based from offices just north of Sheffield City Centre. Credit Style is part of the Bristow & Sutor Group – employing over 500 people, in debt recovery, throughout the UK.
We work with some of the largest retail, banking and commercial businesses around the UK to help recover overdue debts and arrange payment solutions, helping people clear their debts.
About the Team and Role
You will be a motivated and experienced administrator, who is able to prioritise tasks, and confidently work on your own initiative whilst managing a busy workload. We are seeking a strong team player, who will be key in supporting the day-to-day administration activities of the Client Services team. With strong organisation skills, you will be able to demonstrate a professional and diplomatic approach and understand the importance of confidentiality. As we work with high volumes of data, strong proficiency with Excel is important to the role, including use of vlookups and pivot tables, will make a candidate preferred.

What you'll do:
Requirements:
* Bulk importing of new business referrals to our case management system
* Maintain case management system with a range of types of updates
* Completing client instructions on accounts as per their requests
* Importing of various data into our case management system, such as updates from suppliers and internal requests
* Updating accounts with payments when notified of receipt by clients (both manually and via import)
* Providing appropriate client reporting from our report's suite
* Producing bespoke reporting using the data extractions available to produce appropriate client and internal reporting
* Support with company invoicing, posting payments received, bank reconciliations
* Cover for office-based tasks; incoming post, cheques, visitors, and facilities.
Skills and competencies we are looking for
* Proven experience of working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where collaboration, teamwork and support are an integral part of the job.
* Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work at pace
* Comfortable with working autonomously, problem solving with the ability to identifying solutions to issues
* Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Build and maintain strong relationships, rapport and teamwork
* Flexible, able to manage workload in line with changing work and business priorities
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and particularly Excel, will be advantageous
