1:1 Non-Verbal Specialist Teaching Assistant - September Supply Needed!
Location: Corby / Kettering
Position: Full-Time | 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant
Salary: Competitive & based on experience

Do you have a passion for helping children who can’t yet speak for themselves? Got experience with non-verbal children or alternative communication tools like PECS, sign language, or AAC?
We’re looking for someone compassionate, patient, and ready to support a child’s journey—one breakthrough at a time.
What You’ll Do:
Work 1:1 with a non-verbal child in school
Support learning and communication using specialist tools
Help build confidence, social skills, and progress
Collaborate with teachers and therapists to shape a personalised plan
What You Bring:
Experience with non-verbal/SEND children
Skills in PECS, Makaton, or similar (bonus!)
Loads of patience, empathy, and a can-do attitude
