Your Role:
We're building our recruitment consultancy team and need people who are self-motivated and results-driven, with a love for sales, spotting opportunities, and providing a service to a high standard.
You will naturally work with tenacity and drive and have the ability to build and maintain client relationships, while delivering high-quality candidates. Additionally, you will proactively pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive growth.
This role is an excellent opportunity to be a pivotal part in building and driving our recruitment service. The best bit is youâll have a huge, ready-built list of warm prospects, who already work with us on our wider HR services, now they just need to hear from you about how we can support them with recruitment. Easy peasy!
HR Consultantsâ Clients:
We will continue to partner with our existing HR support clients to provide a wide-ranging recruitment service including (but not limited to) HR, office support, finance, IT, events, marketing, and sales roles.
External Market:
We will position ourselves as the go-to specialist HR recruitment partner, carrying out search and selection for HR-related roles including HR Business Partner, Head of HR, HR Assistant, HR Advisor, HR Director, Chief People Officer, L&D Specialists, Talent Acquisition, etc.
This offer will align with our HR consultancy business and will allow cross-sell opportunities (e.g. while we fill an HR vacancy, we can provide interim support through THRC and vice-versa).

Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: ÂŁ25K â 30K basic salary dependent on experience + uncapped commission.
* Holiday: 26 days.
* Location: Hybrid working with 3 days in Stratford upon Avon.
