Senior Digital Project Manager – MARI
MARI is a leading digital organization focused on delivering rich digital experiences. We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our diverse digital product portfolio.
Working Conditions
Perm, London, Surrey Street – Mon‑Fri, 10am‑6pm
What You'll Do
* Lead and coordinate digital project activities across the MARI portfolio.
* Develop clear project plans, timelines, risk registers, and budgets.
* Serve as primary point of contact and lead stakeholder meetings.
* Collaborate with Senior Product Manager and Product Manager on requirements.
* Manage project budgets, reporting to Director of Digital.
* Oversee QA process and ensure stable delivery.
* Manage relationships with third‑party agencies and freelance resources.
* Proactively manage risks, change and communication throughout the cycle.
* Drive continuous improvement of project management function.
You Have These
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* Leadership and team management skills with in‑house, freelance, and third‑party resources.
* Extensive experience with digital project teams, delivering on time and within budget.
* Skilled in Agile and traditional project management (qualifications preferred).
* Experienced with Atlassian, Microsoft Project, Sharepoint, Notion, etc.
* Preference for subscription/paywall digital products, mobile events apps, ticketing, CRM platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence.
* Strong analytical, prioritisation, negotiating, and risk management skills.
* Passion for quality and deep curiosity about digital technology.
