In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships .
A Typical Day in the Job:
Support the marketing and product teams in the creation and execution of campaigns to drive awareness and sales of key product ranges.
Work closely with central product teams and the sales department to ensure alignment with market needs and business objectives.
Help manage and localise campaign content sent from our Swedish HQ for the UK market.
Contribute ideas and assist in developing campaign strategies across multiple channels.
Assist in the creation of print materials, including product catalogues and promotional content.
Collaborate with the social media team to produce engaging organic content.
Support sales forecasting and inventory management to ensure product availability.
Act as a point of contact for product-related queries and internal communication.
Gather and analyse customer and market data to support marketing decisions.
Help organise and support product-led events and promotional activities.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
A passion for marketing, product development, and outdoor technology.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with various teams.
A creative mindset and enthusiasm for content creation.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
An analytical approach to data and the ability to interpret insights.
A Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English.
A Levels (or equivalent) in business, marketing or a related subject are desirable.
No previous experience is required, just a willingness to learn and grow.

£14,526.20 per annum

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, well support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, youll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
