ROLE:
* Welder Fabricator candidates must be able to read engineering drawings, understand tolerances, bend allowances, and be experienced in fabrication and sheet metal machinery.
* Duties include welding and fabrication in stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel material (1.0mm – 12mm thickness), including pipework.
* Ability to make assembly weld fixtures.
* MIG welding both sub and main assemblies, either on a fabrication jig or freehand.
* Sanding or grinding components or assemblies to achieve the stated dimensions and finish.

* The role requires manual lifting, so applicants should be fit and able.
* Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Significant experience with thin gauge TIG and MIG welding.
* Sheet metal fabrication experience.
* Ability to fabricate stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
* City & Guilds qualifications in welding and fabrication, or an apprenticeship in engineering, would be an advantage.
