Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
* Deliver a high level of customer service to both customers and store management
* Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment through regular patrols of the shop floor, back areas and changing rooms
* Detain and deter shoplifters in line with ASCONE guidelines
* Use CCTV, where applicable, to detect and deter crime
* Monitor CCTV where licensed to do so
* Perform key holding duties and staff searches as needed

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
* A valid SIA licence
* Driving licence - access to own vehicle is desirable but not essential
* CCTV licence
* Experience in retail, either security or customer faced
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
* Punctual and a good team player
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Good with people and happy to work around the public
* The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
* Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
