We are looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager to create high-impact marketing plans that transform how Unum connects with its most valuable broker and customer accounts. You will lead a team of two direct reports to execute data-driven campaigns and contact strategies that deliver measurable results. Together, you'll turn insights into action and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee the implementation of Account Based Marketing strategies and campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, digital adoption, and engagement objectives. - Lead the use of data analytics and customer insights to optimise segmentation and deliver measurable business impact. - Own reporting and performance tracking for ABM campaigns, providing clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Skills & Experience: - Strong people leadership capabilities and behaviours, with experience in people management and coaching strongly desired. - A data-driven decision-maker who thrives on turning insights into action. - Proven experience embedding Account Based Marketing and/or highly targeted B2B marketing strategies. - Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and customer journey mapping.
