Position:
A well-rounded Middleweight Interior Designer to join an established, industry-leading studio working across high-profile hospitality and exclusive commercial residential projects. The role offers involvement across all stages of the design process, from initial briefing and concept through to site installation. The successful designer will work closely with a Lead Designer, contributing to the development and delivery of beautifully detailed interior schemes for a discerning international client base.
Candidate:
The successful candidate will have at least four years’ experience working within the hospitality and/or luxury residential sector, and be confident working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality, design-led interiors. They will have experience developing initial design concepts and palettes, sourcing and documenting FF&E, and assisting with interior architecture packages across a variety of project types. They will also support the preparation of coordinated specification books, assist procurement agents with value engineering, and review shop drawings and manufactured items to ensure the design intent is maintained. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe CS is essential.
