Job Opportunity: Head of Sales - EV Solutions
A leading EV Solutions company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead sales strategies and teams, focusing on high-level sales activities. This role offers excellent progression opportunities within a company committed to growth.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Commission (£80,000 OTE) + Company EV + Free home charging point. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to boost sales in Northern Ireland for EV charging solutions.
* Identify key accounts, understand customer needs, and propose tailored charging solutions.
* Experience in responding to Public Sector tenders and managing Public Sector relationships is essential.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Lead and manage junior sales staff effectively.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing plans targeting corporate clients and consumers in Northern Ireland.
* Negotiate and close deals with large fleet and public sector clients.
* Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to market strategies and customer propositions.
* Prepare sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Stay informed about new product launches and ensure team readiness.
* Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Guide the sales team in generating proposals that foster client satisfaction and revenue growth.
* Develop and monetize strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head of Sales or Country Manager, with active involvement in sales management.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
* Experience with Hubspot CRM and Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of EV charging market trends is advantageous.
* Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
* Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.
