Role Overview
They are looking for Multi-Skilled Engineers to join their growing team. You'll be reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll join a high-performing team, working on some of the most advanced production technology in the food industry. Conduct day-to-day maintenance and improvement of plant, assets, and services
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and identify areas for process improvement
Promptly diagnose and repair equipment faults
Uphold food safety and health & safety standards
Collaborate across departments to support production and efficiency goals
Maintain accurate shift metrics and ensure effective stock control
Use CMMS effectively for maintenance records and reporting
Actively contribute to shift performance and team dynamics
Ensure buildings, plant, and equipment are safe in design and operationRequirements
Level 3 NVQ in Engineering (or equivalent)
Strong Electrical or Mechanical knowledge
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Collaborative and team-focused mindset
IT literate and experienced with CMMS systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentApply here
