* Plan efficient delivery routes considering traffic and deadlines
* Dispatch drivers based on availability and location
* Monitor fleet compliance and maintenance
* Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly
* Prepare shipping documentation and manage compliance
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication abilities with various stakeholders
* Problem-solving mindset to tackle transport challenges
* Proficient in transportation management systems
