Senior Acquisitions Consultant - South London Property Office

Salary: £68,200* - £99,000* per annum

This role is an exciting opportunity to drive the expansion and management of our South London portfolio through the full asset lifecycle – from site identification to acquisition, planning, construction and ongoing asset management.
Responsibilities
* Identify, negotiate and acquire freehold and leasehold deals to build new stores
* Undertake site inspections, development appraisals and manage site, legal and planning due diligence
* Manage planning application life cycle from submission to consent and discharge of conditions
* Lead all expansion, relocation and improvement projects across our infrastructure
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, agents, landlords, tenants, developers and other stakeholders
* Oversee the full development and planning process from concept to completion
* Manage real‑estate portfolio of freehold and leasehold assets
Requirements
* A proactive, self‑starting drive and “get‑up‑and‑go” attitude
* Degree level education (minimum 2:2) in a relevant discipline
* Experience with retail acquisitions, land buying, commercial property or town planning essential
* MRICS qualification preferred
* Well networked with refined negotiating skills
* Strong commercial property and legal acumen
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Analytical mindset
* Multitasking ability with conflicting deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Full driving licence and ability to travel across the UK
