Digital Marketing Analyst
Location: Remote
Meraki Talent are partnering with a global insurance firm, who are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Analyst to support global digital advertising activities. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, and campaign optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Search Campaign Management
* Develop and manage global campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
* Conduct keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis to maximise ROI.
* Identify and define relevant target audiences.
Paid Social Advertising
* Build and manage global paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
* Implement audience targeting strategies and actively monitor campaign effectiveness.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
* Track KPIs and generate performance reports using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
* Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
SEO & Keyword Strategy
* Apply SEO best practices to improve campaign relevance and landing page quality.
* Support the development of keyword strategies aligned with both paid and organic growth goals.
Technical & Creative Support
* Use basic HTML for landing page edits and troubleshooting tracking issues.
* Collaborate with creative teams on ad copy, messaging, and visual assets.
Budget & Spend Oversight
* Assist in managing channel spend to ensure cost efficiency and positive ROI.
Skills & Qualifications
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in digital advertising, including expert-level knowledge of Google Ads.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Experience managing global or multi-market digital advertising campaigns.
* Proficient with Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
* Basic HTML skills for minor edits and troubleshooting.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to present clear, data-backed business cases for marketing investment.

This is a temporary position, initially for 12 months, and can be fully remote. However you must be based in the UK.
