Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Folkestone?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a number of specialist SEN schools across Folkestone who are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Teachers to join their teams on a full-time basis. These schools support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Complex Needs.
The Role: SEN Teacher
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and wider school staff.
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
* Contribute to EHCP targets and pupil progress reviews.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential.
* Previous SEN teaching experience is highly desirable.
* Strong behaviour management and classroom management skills.
* A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
* Availability to work 5 days per week.
