Warehouse Operative
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and professional warehouse and distribution team based in Wolverhampton. This is an ongoing opportunity with a well‑established distributor of various goods operating across the Midlands.
This role suits an experienced Warehouse Operative who is comfortable working night shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
Your Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
1. Receiving, checking and storing goods delivered to the central warehouse
2. Picking, packing and preparing items for delivery to various sites
3. Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
4. Supporting urgent operational stock requirements
5. Assisting with basic administrative tasks
6. Using computer‑based inventory and warehouse management systems
7. Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
8. Minimum of 6 months’ Warehouse Operative experience
9. Ability to lift and handle items safely in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines
10. Good communication skills
11. Strong attention to detail
12. Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Pay & Shifts
13. £12.81 per hour
14. Monday – Friday
15. 18:00 – 03:00
