Detailed job description and main responsibilities The post holder will work closely with Mental Health Liaison Teams across both UHNM sites, Royal Stoke and County Hospital to ensure timely discharge planning and will actively engage in in multi-agency working for the trust and attend and play an active role in multi-disciplinary team meetings. The post holder will support clinical colleagues with emergencies relating to Mental Health, rapid tranquilisation guidance and least restrictive practice and will offer support and guidance to staff following incidents relating to Mental Health and Dementia. The post holder will assist the Deputy Lead for Mental Health and Learning Disability in meeting statutory duties and responsibilities relating to the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act and will carry out regular audits to evidence Quality Improvement.
