Their Structural Engineering team works on an exciting mix of projects in commercial, residential, R&D and energy sectors, covering both new builds and complex refurbishments.
You’ll collaborate with in‑house specialists in civil engineering, transport, building surveying and geomatics, creating a dynamic environment that fosters technical growth and professional development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer who is proactive, technically skilled and eager to make an impact. You’ll lead challenging projects, mentor junior team members and deliver creative, high‑quality structural solutions. What You’ll Be Doing
* Take ownership of technical delivery for structural engineering projects, including financial and project management aspects.
* Collaborate closely with your team and report to the Project Director.
* Represent the business professionally in meetings with architects, clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including health and safety.
* Assess sustainability and environmental impact throughout project stages.
What They’re Looking For
* Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
* Ability to design in all conventional materials and experience with refurbishment projects.
* Knowledge of soil mechanics and foundation design.
* Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to provide strategic design advice.
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Collaborative team player with commercial awareness.
