We are looking for an enthusiastic, results driven and positive person to help explore and drive new opportunities to expand our customer base and turnover.
The main responsibilities would be
Researching new leads and contacts
Making cold calls
Responding to customer enquiries (email and telephone)
Generating and progressing quotations
Monitoring existing customer activity
Digital marketing
Operating our CRM system (Xapsys)
General sales admin tasks
Some occasional exposure to the other elements of the business administration is also to be expected - we are a small company and it’s important our staff are multi-talented.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
