Chef de Partie - Penrith
£15.25 per hour | 8.30am to 5pm
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team in Penrith. You'll be working with the best local produce to create dishes that are cooked entirely from scratch. With our menu changing every three months, you'll have the chance to work with seasonal ingredients and keep your creativity alive while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard using fresh ingredients
* Support the smooth running of service alongside the rest of the team
* Assist in training and mentoring junior chefs
* Follow menu specifications and help with ordering and stock control when required
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards by following company procedures and completing necessary records
About You
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Head Chef
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* A team player who supports others and communicates well
* Passionate about cooking from scratch with fresh, seasonal produce
* Enjoys the variety and creativity of a menu that changes every three months
